Drive to Berea (Veria), where Paul preached to the open-minded Bereans. Visit the Bema of St. Paul. Afternoon at the royal tombs of Vergina.
Journey to the breathtaking monasteries of Meteora, perched on towering sandstone pillars. Visit active monasteries and experience Eastern Orthodox monastic life.
Arrive in Athens. Afternoon visit to the Areopagus (Mars Hill), where Paul delivered his famous sermon to the Athenians. Evening in Plaka.
The Acropolis, the Parthenon, and the Acropolis Museum. Afternoon: the ancient Agora where Paul debated daily with Greek philosophers.
Day trip to ancient Corinth — where Paul lived for 18 months. Visit the Bema (judgment seat), the Temple of Apollo, and the archaeological museum.
Final morning in Athens before transfer to the airport. Optional morning visit to Cape Sounion and the Temple of Poseidon.
